A national automotive company seeks a Branch Sales Manager for their Cardiff location. This role involves managing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales. Candidates should have supervisory experience and a background in the trailer or automotive industry. A full driving license and forklift training may be required. You will have overall responsibility for the daily operation/motivation of the Branch and team, ensuring an excellent level of customer service is achieved by all members of staff. The Branch consists of the Manager, 1 Sales & Service Advisor and 1 Towbar & Service Technician. To be responsible for maximizing branch/external sales and margin ensuring targets are achieved ensuring policies/procedures are followed.
