Job Title: Branch & Sales

Salary: Up to £60,000

Your New Role

You'll oversee daily operations across sales, service, parts, and admin—ensuring efficiency, profitability, and exceptional customer service.

This is a hands-on leadership role, focused on managing performance, developing new business, and representing the company to both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary branch team
  • Drive sales and profitability through customer engagement and up selling
  • Maintain high service standards and grow customer relationships
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across departments
  • Support seasonal demand and peak trading periods
What You'll Need
  • Strong knowledge of agricultural and/or horticultural machinery (preferred)
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and sales abilities
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in decision-making
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good IT proficiency and a full UK driving licence
