Job summary

Euro Car Parts Ltd. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Duty Manager to join the branch leadership team. You’ll lead the day-to-day operation of the branch across retail, warehouse and fleet, driving safety, service and performance while developing a high-performing team.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll drive customer excellence, stock management, KPIs, and a culture of engagement and continuous improvement within the branch.

Qualifications

• Experience leading in retail, warehouse, logistics or distribution.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of stock control and operational processes.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to influence performance.
• Confident with operational systems and reporting tools.
• Flexible approach and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Leading the operation: oversee retail, warehouse and fleet activities to deliver safe, efficient and commercial results.
• Leading people: coach and develop colleagues, run engaging team briefings, support recruitment and onboarding.
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience: champion customer-first culture, resolve queries, maximise opportunities.
• Driving performance: monitor costs, payroll, productivity; manage KPIs and continuous improvement.
• Keeping everyone safe: promote safety culture, ensure health & safety compliance and training.
