Euro Car Parts Ltd. in Bath is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to lead the branch operations across retail, warehouse and fleet. You will drive customer service excellence, coach a high-performing team and ensure stock accuracy while delivering commercial results.

You will report to the Branch Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping day-to-day performance, safety and compliance within a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position offering career progression across the UK & Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in retail, warehouse, logistics or distribution.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a drive to deliver outstanding service.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy branch environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day branch operations across retail, warehouse and fleet.
• Coordinate resources to ensure smooth, efficient operations and excellent customer service.
• Drive operational excellence by maintaining standards, policies and procedures.
• Manage stock accuracy and stock take activities; ensure KPI targets are met.
• Coach and develop colleagues; conduct daily team briefings; support recruitment.
