Job summary

Euro Car Parts Ltd. is seeking a Duty Manager to lead a busy branch across retail, warehouse and fleet functions. You will report to the Branch Manager and work with other Duty Managers to uphold high standards, deliver outstanding customer service and continuously improve operations.

You will coach and develop a multi‑skilled team, manage stock and ensure compliance, safety and operational excellence while driving customer satisfaction and branch growth.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in retail, warehouse, logistics or distribution.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience coaching and developing teams.
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Experience managing KPIs and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day branch operations across retail, warehouse and fleet.
• Coordinate resources to ensure safe, efficient operations and excellent service.
• Maintain stock accuracy and implement stock control processes.
• Drive branch performance, sales and profitability while controlling costs.
• Coach, motivate and develop colleagues; run effective daily briefings.
• Ensure health, safety and compliance throughout the branch.
