Euro Car Parts Ltd. seeks an experienced Duty Manager to lead the day-to-day branch operations across retail, warehouse and fleet. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will drive operational excellence, coach a multi-skilled team and uphold high standards of customer service and branch performance.

You will develop colleagues, manage KPIs, and ensure safety, stock control and efficient service delivery, supporting growth and profitability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or managing teams in retail, warehouse, logistics or distribution.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience managing KPIs and operational performance.
• Customer-focused mindset to deliver outstanding service.
• Knowledge of stock control and operational processes.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to influence business performance.
• Comfort working with operational systems and reporting tools.
• Flexible approach and ability to perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation across retail, warehouse and fleet.
• Coordinate resources for smooth, efficient operations and service excellence.
• Drive operational excellence by following company standards and procedures.
• Manage stock accuracy, inventory control and stock takes.
• Ensure targets and SLAs are consistently achieved.
• Oversee returns, warranties and reverse logistics processes.
• Support Click & Collect and delivery operations.
• Ensure fleet readiness and vehicle compliance.
