Job summary

LKQ Europe is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our branch leadership team in the UK. You will report to the Branch Manager and help run daily retail, warehouse and fleet operations, while leading a high-performing team to deliver outstanding service.

You will coach colleagues, manage safety and stock, and drive performance through effective use of KPIs and customer-focused processes. A demonstrable track record in similar roles is essential.

Qualifications

Experience leading teams in a fast-paced retail/warehouse environment.
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
Proven track record of achieving KPIs and service standards.

Responsibilities

As Duty Manager, lead day-to-day branch operations across retail, warehouse and fleet.
Coach and develop colleagues; assist with recruitment and onboarding.
Ensure safety, compliance and stock control; manage costs and productivity.
Deliver exceptional customer service and drive branch performance.
Utilise KPIs to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
