Job summary

Euro Car Parts Limited, a leading auto parts retailer, is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our branch leadership team. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will lead daily operations across retail, warehouse and fleet while developing a high-performing team and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will drive store performance, optimise stock, ensure safety and compliance, and use KPIs to identify improvements. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience within retail, warehouse, logistics or distribution.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing teams.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience managing KPIs and operational performance.
• Customer-focused mindset with drive to deliver outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the branch across retail, warehouse and fleet functions.
• Coordinate resources to ensure smooth, efficient operations and excellent customer service.
• Drive operational excellence by maintaining standards, policies and procedures.
• Manage stock accuracy, inventory control and stock take activities.
• Ensure pick-to-manifest targets and customer service SLAs are met.
• Oversee returns, warranties and reverse logistics processes.
• Support Click & Collect and delivery operations.
• Maintain fleet compliance, vehicle readiness and operational efficiency.
• Coach, motivate and develop colleagues across all operational areas.
• Create a positive, inclusive, customer-focused culture.
