Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day branch operations across retail, warehouse and fleet.
• Coordinate resources to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
• Drive operational excellence by maintaining company standards, policies and procedures.
• Manage stock accuracy, inventory control and stock takes.
• Ensure pick-to-manifest targets and customer service SLAs are achieved.
• Oversee returns, warranties and reverse logistics processes.
• Support Click & Collect and delivery operations.
• Ensure fleet compliance and vehicle readiness.
