LKQ Europe is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join the branch leadership team in the UK. You will report to the Branch Manager and collaborate with other Duty Managers to lead daily operations across retail, warehouse and fleet functions.

The role emphasizes developing people, delivering exceptional customer service and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. A proactive leader with a focus on safety, process adherence and team development will excel.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience within retail, warehouse, logistics or distribution.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day branch operations across retail, warehouse and fleet.
• Coordinate resources to ensure smooth operations and high service levels.
• Drive operational excellence by enforcing standards, policies and procedures.
• Manage stock accuracy, inventory control and stock takes.
• Ensure pick-to-manifest targets and customer service SLAs are met.
• Oversee returns, warranties and reverse logistics processes.
• Support Click & Collect and delivery operations.
• Ensure fleet compliance and vehicle readiness.
