A family-owned business operating across the North for over several decades, this company has earned a strong reputation for delivering outstanding property services—from residential sales and lettings to comprehensive property management.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the company’s growth and operations, join the specialist team to provide tailored, professional support to ensure every client’s property journey is smooth and successful.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Guide and support staff, ensuring they are motivated, trained, and capable of providing excellent service.
  • Involved in the sales and lettings processes, working with clients and prospects to find suitable properties and negotiate deals.
  • Providing a high level of customer service to ensure client satisfaction and build a positive reputation.
  • Driving business growth, attracting new clients, and increasing market share.
  • Monitor and report on the financial performance of the branch, ensuring it meets targets.
  • Responsible for staff, training, and performance management of the branch.
