Branch Manager – Plastic Buildings Products

Location: Chester or surrounding areas. Remuneration: £32,000-£38,000 + bonus. Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package.

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our depot selling plastic building products (rooflights, window frames, fascias, guttering, cladding, roofing, windows and doors).

Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the branch including distribution, customer service, HR, administration, and sales
  • Ensure Health & Safety practices are adhered to by all employees
  • Control stock and manage inventory levels
  • Provide excellent customer service to B2B trade customers
  • Manage budget and allocation of funds
  • Provide training, development and motivation to depot personnel
  • Collaborate with the Area Sales Representative and support as required
  • Network to improve the branch presence and reputation
  • Lead a team of 2 staff members
Qualifications
  • Previous experience selling B2B to trade customers
  • Management experience or background in rooflights, window frames, fascias, guttering, cladding, roofing, windows, doors or related construction field
  • Proactive and positive individual with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety practices
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic, and confident personality
  • Comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a team
