Please note, some weekend work will be required (shifts are rotated monthly).

What you’ll be doing:
  • Leading, coaching, and motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Driving sales performance and achieving store revenue, budget, and profit targets.
  • Analysing performance data to identify trends, resolve issues, and maximise opportunities.
  • Winning new business, managing existing accounts, and promoting upsell opportunities.
  • Ensuring the branch runs efficiently and maintains high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Acting as a key holder with on‑call and alarm responsibilities.
  • Supporting operational processes to maintain a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment.
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience in a customer-facing sales, retail, or hospitality environment.
  • Management or supervisory experience.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team.
  • Commercial awareness and confidence using Microsoft Office.
  • Flexibility to work a rota covering weekdays and weekends.
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (preferred).
  • Someone proactive, professional, and ready to take ownership of branch performance.
