Santander UK is hiring a Customer Experience Advisor for Burton Upon Trent branch. You will act as the frontline customer face and voice, handling in-branch and telephony interactions, solving problems, and promoting services to deliver a superior customer experience.

The role requires 35 hours weekly on a rota across 8am–6pm, Monday to Saturday, with a focus on multi-skilled duties in a busy branch.

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either face-to-face or telephony background.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers to truly understand their needs.

Responsabilités

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.
• Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing.
• Answering customer calls into our contact centre.
• Building relationships and finding solutions.
• Developing your knowledge of services and products to help our customers.
• Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience.
