Job summary

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for the Burton Upon Trent Branch. The role is 35 hours per week on a rota basis, Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6pm. You will greet customers, handle transactions, assist with technology in-branch, and help protect customers from fraud.

You’ll join a supportive, multi-skilled team and develop knowledge of Santander services to improve the customer experience and resolve queries.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.
• Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing.
• Answering customer calls into our contact centre.
• Building relationships and finding solutions for customers.
• Developing knowledge of services and products to help customers.
• Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience.
