Job summary

Santander UK plc is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to join our Newtown Branch, working 35 hours per week on a rota basis Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6pm. You will greet customers, handle transactions, assist with technology in-branch, and provide call-centre support as needed.

In this role you’ll build relationships, resolve issues, and continually expand knowledge of our products and services to enhance the customer experience. A team-focused, flexible attitude is essential.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
• Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing
• Answering customer calls into our contact centre
• Building relationships and finding solutions
• Developing your knowledge of services and products to help our customers
• Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience
