Job summary

Santander UK in Bury is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to join our branch team on a 35-hour week, a rota from Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm. You’ll welcome customers, handle transactions, assist with technology in the banking hall, and help protect customers from fraud with a proactive, problem-solving approach.

You’ll work in a multi-skilled branch environment, building relationships and promoting services while contributing to a positive customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.
• Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing.
• Answering customer calls into our contact centre.
• Building relationships and finding solutions for customers.
• Developing knowledge of services and products to help customers.
• Identifying ways to improve the customer experience.
