Job summary

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for the Livingston Branch, 35 hours per week, on a rota’d basis Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6pm. You’ll be the friendly face and voice of Santander, helping with transactions, guiding technology in the banking hall, and assisting customers over the phone or in person.

You’ll work in a close-knit team with flexibility, tackling a broad range of activities and driving improvements to the customer experience.
