Job summary

Santander is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for the Leamington Spa Branch, working 28 hours per week on a rota basis from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday. You will be the friendly face and voice for customers, solving problems, handling transactions, and assisting with technology in-branch while offering excellent service.

You’ll work in a multi-skilled environment with strong team support, while exploring new ideas and improving customer experience through everyday tasks and initiatives.

Qualifications

Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either face-to-face or telephony background.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs.
Desire to go above and beyond for customers; flexible, can-do approach.
Open to a broad range of activities beyond standard expectations.

Responsibilities

Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing
Answering customer calls into our contact centre
Building relationships and finding solutions
Developing knowledge of services and products to help customers
Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience
