Are you an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse ready to step into a senior leadership role where you can truly shape nursing standards and develop a high‑performing team?
Cromwell Vets is a long‑established, community‑focused practice with six sites across the Huntingdon area and a strong reputation for exceptional clinical care and compassion. We are proud of our loyal client base, high staff retention, and supportive culture, with regular team events and strong links with local charities and community activities.
We are now seeking a Branch Clinical Nursing Manager (CNM) to play a pivotal role in leading and developing our nursing team, with a particular focus on embedding nursing excellence across our branches.
This is a senior, hands‑on leadership position combining clinical work with protected management time. You will work closely with the Clinical Director, Group Nursing Manager, another CNM, and the wider Linnaeus Nursing Community to deliver outstanding patient care and consistent nursing standards across the practice.
You’ll be instrumental in shaping the future of nursing at Cromwell, influencing both day‑to‑day practice and long‑term strategy.
