A leading component supplier in Leeds is seeking a Branch Assistant to deliver excellent customer service and manage stock efficiently. You will assist trade customers, resolve issues, and handle warehouse tasks. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer service, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude. This position offers various benefits including a pension scheme and health coverage.

Working alongside our amazing branch teamyou will divide your time between communicating effectively with our trade customers at our branch to help them find just what they need and keeping on top of our stock and inventory. Full training will be provided, but a can-do attitude is all that it takes to succeed in this role.
As a Branch Assistant, you will be reporting directly to the Branch Manager.
Within the Branch, you will provide excellent customer service by helpingidentify our customers’ needs and requirements by building strong relationshipsand investigating and resolving customer issues from general and technical questions whilst advising on delivery options and dispatches.
You will also be responsible for some warehouse and stock management picking and packing activities.
