A boutique Private Client firm in Norwich is looking for a capable financial administrator to join their team. This part-time role involves day-to-day financial management and legal secretary duties, ideal for someone with a strong background in bookkeeping and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in accounting software and attention to detail is essential. Join a supportive team that values work/life balance.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a capable, confident and detail orientated person, to join a friendly team, in this dual role of financial administrator, with some legal secretary responsibilities.
This will be working on a part time basis, across 4 days a week.
We are a boutique Private Client firm conveniently located just south of the A47, on the outskirts of Norwich. We maintain a deliberately low profile (we do not have a website), and offer a bespoke service to our clients, mainly: High/Ultra High Net Worth individuals based around the UK; trusts and charities; and private family offices.
Our services include Wills and Tax Planning; the formation and administration of family trusts and grant making charitable trusts; Powers of Attorney; and Estate administration.
We have worked for several of our clients over many years (both within the current firm and in previous firms) - new clients are acquired through personal recommendations from established clients and professional contacts.
The team is small, with one solicitor. It is important that we all pull together towards the common goal of providing our best service to our clients. A good work/life balance is encouraged - and we pride ourselves on being considerate employers. We know how to work hard when needed - and also enjoy working together.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day financial activities for the office, as well as supporting with general administrative duties as a Legal Secretary.
This is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities, rather an example of the desired areas of responsibility this position will fulfil. Should you have some, but not all of the skills listed we would welcome your application to discuss this further.
