Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will vary; however, some of them will be:

  • Prepare a list of required information following the completion of the bookkeeping functions.
  • Set up and monitor bank payments on various banking platforms.
  • Credit control functions including preparing statements for clients.
  • Prepare VAT returns and submit once approved.
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Prepare system driven management accounts.
  • Prepare supplier reconciliations.
  • Purchase ledger and sales ledger functions.
  • Build & maintain adequate knowledge of Zero accounting package.

  • Have acquired a finance bachelor’s or master’s degree with outstanding results (finance exams are a plus)
  • 2 + years of experience in finance

  • Are highly process oriented and systematic

The role is onsite, Monday to Friday, based in our offices at Buckingham Gate. It is essential we work at a fast pace and collaborate in person to create market-leading, unmatched events throughout the calendar year. It will be great to have you as part of our team.
