A family-run business in Dungannon is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant/Technician/Manager to oversee day-to-day accounts functions. Responsibilities include ledger entries, bank reconciliations, payroll processing, and VAT returns.   • Purchase & Sales ledger entry

  • Supplier statement reconciliations

  • Supplier payments.

  • Daily bank reconciliations.

  • Payroll Processing

  • VAT Returns

  • EC Sales and TSS Returns

  • Revenue reconciliations (Vat & PAYE)


Previous experience


  • Previous experience working in a busy office environment

  • Hold an Accounts Technician Qualification

  • Experience Using Xero (Desirable)
