Qualifications

• Experience with booking systems or bespoke software is desirable.
• A valid UK driving licence is required due to the rural location of this site.

• Coordinate and support the BAMS system for training facility bids.
• Handle enquiries and guide users through the MOD bidding process.
• Extract and compile data to support training logistics.
• Upload and coordinate reports via the Booking Management System.
• Deliver a full range of admin services: typing, photocopying, stationery control.
• Maintain effective filing and data retrieval systems.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth contract delivery.

Shifts: Thursday 08:00 – 16:30 & Friday 08:00 – 16:00 (14.5 hours p/w)
