  • Strong technical knowledge of accident repair processes.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and maximise profit.
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
