Job summary

A leading HR consultancy is seeking an HR professional to join the Board of a housing services organization in Northern Ireland. This role is pivotal in supporting the executive team on HR strategy, workforce planning, and fostering a customer-focused culture. Candidates should have expertise in health and safety compliance and employee wellbeing. Board members are required to attend approximately six meetings a year and are non-remunerated.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an HR professional to join the Choice Services Board and support the executive team at a strategic level across workforce planning, organisation design, performance management, talent pipelines, and the creation of a genuinely customer-focused culture. Knowledge of best practice in health and safety compliance and employee wellbeing is essential. Experience in implementing digital HR solutions is desirable.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to an organisation with the ambition, scale, and resources of Choice. As a Board Member, you will help shape the growth and reputation of Choice Services and the impact it delivers. Board appointments are non-remunerated and require a commitment to attend approximately six meetings per annum.
