A leading HR consultancy is seeking an HR professional to join the Board of a housing services organization in Northern Ireland. This role is pivotal in supporting the executive team on HR strategy, workforce planning, and fostering a customer-focused culture. Candidates should have expertise in health and safety compliance and employee wellbeing. Board members are required to attend approximately six meetings a year and are non-remunerated.

We are seeking an HR professional to join the Choice Services Board and support the executive team at a strategic level across workforce planning, organisation design, performance management, talent pipelines, and the creation of a genuinely customer-focused culture. Knowledge of best practice in health and safety compliance and employee wellbeing is essential. Experience in implementing digital HR solutions is desirable.
