Qualifications

• Experience with various BEMS including Trend, IQ vision, Siemens or Tridium.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Hold a valid UK driving license and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Investigate BMS issues using Trend 963 portal/Vision, KMC, and RDM.
• Create daily/weekly reports and automate alarming.
• Support customers and audit remote sites pre and post investment.
• Produce work requests and track action items through to resolution.

Skills

Knowledge of BEMS

Excellent verbal communication skills

IT literate with MS Office

Great administration and time management

Good HVAC knowledge

Understanding of FM services
