Location: Coverage between 2 Brand new critical data centre sites - Longcross & Hayes

Join the engineering team at a brand new critical data centre, supporting two state‑of‑the‑art sites located in Longcross and Hayes. This is an excellent opportunity an experienced BMS Engineer looking to work within a cutting‑edge, mission‑critical environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee, maintain, and optimise BMS systems across two newly built critical data centre facilities.
  • Ensure all environmental and operational conditions meet strict data centre requirements.
  • Respond to system alarms, carry out investigations, and implement corrective actions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across both sites.
  • Work closely with site engineering teams to maintain uptime and performance.
Requirements
  • Strong experience working with BMS systems within critical, technical, or highly regulated environments.
  • Excellent fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work across two sites and manage workload effectively.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive approach.
