A leading engineering firm in Gloucester seeks a Blade Operator responsible for improving the manufacture, quality, and output of Composite Propeller Blades. The Blade operator will be responsible for supporting and continuing to drive improvements in the manufacture, quality and output of Composite Propeller Blades for both new make & repair & overhaul.
The role involves the execution of manual processes either on a permanent shift or rotating shift pattern in a production environment.
