Desired Experience

• Working within the CMDO, pharmaceutical or biotech outsourcing space.
• MSc / PhD in biotechnology, chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or related field.
• 2+ years in business development, sales, or partnering in the biotech / pharma / CDMO space.
• Proactively identify, engage, and convert new accounts in Europe / UK biotech and pharma sectors.
• A proven track record of hunting and winning new accounts, not just farming existing ones.
