A leading technology company in gaming is seeking a Bingo & Casino Performance Manager to own performance across their Bingo network. This role involves building relationships with operators, analyzing performance metrics, executing impactful campaigns, and driving engagement to achieve commercial success. The candidate should have experience in B2B environments and must be willing to work in the London office a minimum of three days a week.

• Experience working across Bingo platforms or networked Bingo environments.
• Understanding operator challenges, promotional strategies, and seasonal performance dynamics.
• Experience in complex B2B environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Familiarity with community, content, or feature‑led engagement within gaming platforms.
• Product & Player Impact – Improved engagement, retention, and operator KPIs.
• Team Growth & Leadership – Strong, motivated, and high‑performing product managers.
