A prominent construction contractor in London is seeking a BIM Manager to lead digital construction and model coordination across fit-out and refurbishment projects. This role involves ensuring ISO 19650 compliance, managing federated models and leading BIM strategy for multiple live projects. Ideal candidates will have 5–10 years of BIM management experience, strong knowledge of CDE workflows, and skills in Revit, Navisworks, and Revizto. Qualifications

• 5–10 years of BIM management experience in construction.
• Strong understanding of ISO 19650 and CDE workflows.
• Skilled in Revit, Navisworks, Revizto and model federation.

Responsibilities

• Manage federated models and coordinate designers and trade contractors.
• Deliver BIM training and support Building Safety Act requirements.
• Run clash detection using Navisworks/Revizto.
• Lead BIM strategy and create BEPs for multiple live projects.
• Maintain CDE standards and digital workflows.
• Support pre-construction with 3D logistics, sequencing and 4D outputs.
• Integrate OpenSpace and digital QA processes.
• Capture Lidar scans and produce regular BIM performance reporting.
