BIM Coordinator – Ilford

Salary: Up to £40,000

Location: Ilford

Regions: Essex, London

Currently looking for a motivated professional to join the team based in Ilford as BIM Coordinator

The company have a strong network and financial strength with technical expertise to undertake some of the most significant contracts and holds a high portfolio of work across the UK.

Attributes

• 3 Years minimum live project experience in a BIM-Specific role.
• Experience taking projects through from concept stage to completion and handover.
• Understanding of UK BIM standards
• Previous background maintaining project BIM models and project BIM support documents.
• Supporting the BIM manager in the delivery of digital outputs within project teams
• Enthusiastic and able to drive a team
• People person who is able to communicate well
• Related HNC/Degree or equivalent.
