A leading energy provider in the UK is seeking a proactive Billing Technical Lead to ensure billing accuracy and support operational improvements. We’re looking for a proactive Billing Technical Lead to ensure billing accuracy, support operational teams, and drive process improvements across the business.
Reporting to the Billing & Payments Manager, you’ll oversee key billing processes, monitor performance, resolve system issues, and provide insights to operational teams and senior managers. You’ll also support the development of tools, automation, and reporting, helping to improve efficiency and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
This is a collaborative role offering variety, impact, and the chance to shape billing processes that directly support our business goals of growth whilst maintaining excellent service to our customers.
You’ll be a rapid learner, able to quickly build a strong understanding of new systems and processes, and have a self-motivated approach to proactively improve performance and drive efficiencies. You’ll work closely with specialists and leaders across the business, applying a highly analytical mindset to use data and reporting to identify trends and improvement opportunities. You’ll be comfortable working across multiple departments to implement change and deliver positive outcomes.
Our office is based in Chippenham, Wiltshire. For this role, we're looking for candidates who can come in to our Chippenham office, once a month, based on location.
