• Deliver the regional HR agenda and support the People Strategy.
• Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with local employment laws.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, development and wider talent processes.
• Coach managers on performance management and HR matters.
• Lead HR administration and operational processes.
