Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in Social Work or closely related field.

• Certifications in CERAP and CANS required within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with families identified by DCFS.
• Conduct home assessments within 48 hours of case assignment.
• Create individualized action plans for family needs.
