Role summary

As a Biddable Executive you will help oversee campaign set‑ups across biddable platforms and ensure implementation of channel strategies across accounts according to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will support the development of data‑driven strategies to achieve client goals, ensuring campaigns are delivering efficiently and effectively while contributing to the day‑to‑day functioning of your account, which includes being a contact for the clients you work on and becoming a valued member of the team.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist with set‑up management and optimisation of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn
  • Help monitor KPIs, analyse data trends and provide insights to improve campaign performance
  • Book and reconcile media activity
  • Prepare reports with actionable recommendations based on performance data
  • Work closely with account managers, creatives and strategists to ensure campaign alignment with overall client objectives
  • Stay up‑to‑date with the latest industry trends, platform updates and competitor activities to inform strategy

Working

At Omnicom Media Group we are committed to supporting flexibility for our people while fostering collaboration, innovation and teamwork. We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two days working remotely). Our standard working hours are 9:30‑17:30 but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30‑16:30. For example you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30. We encourage open conversations to navigate high‑need periods and individual circumstances.
