Qualifications

• Proven bid writing experience, ideally within the rental/vehicle leasing industry.
• Understanding of the end-to-end bid process for compliant submissions.
• Ability to craft impactful narratives tailored to clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire external tender process for new and existing business.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Sales team on tenders.
• Ensure all feedback is updated in the CRM and maintain quality outputs.

About You

• First and foremost you will have proven bid writing experience, ideally within the rental/vehicle leasing industry.
• You naturally take a big‑picture view and understand the commercial drivers behind every opportunity. You know how to position solutions to resonate with clients and strengthen competitive advantage.
• You're comfortable navigating business systems, extracting insights from multiple data sources, and using advanced Microsoft Office tools to craft polished, impactful submissions.
• From initial qualification to final submission, you understand the end‑to‑end process and know what it takes to produce compliant, compelling and high‑scoring bids.
• You work effectively with subject‑matter experts, operational leaders and third‑party partners, bringing people together to shape winning solutions and meet tight deadlines.
• You can point to real examples of your involvement in successful bid management or writing, demonstrating your ability to contribute to high‑quality, persuasive proposals.
• You write with clarity, impact and purpose, adapting your tone to the audience and turning complex information into persuasive, client‑focused narratives.
• You stay calm under pressure, manage multiple deadlines with ease, and maintain a strong focus on producing quality outputs that deliver results.
