As a BI Developer in our central Business Intelligence team, you’ll design and deliver impactful dashboards and insights that shape decision-making across the business. Acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, you’ll translate complex questions into scalable data solutions, mentor others, and help build a modern, future-proof BI capability that supports our growth and purpose-led strategy.

Location: This is a hybrid role based in London or Nuneaton, with the requirement to be in the office at least two days per week.

The Role

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and optimise high-impact dashboards in Metabase aligned to strategic KPIs.
• Develop and optimise SQL and scalable data models across complex datasets.
• Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, Digital, Product and Supply Chain to shape data-driven decision-making.
• Support delivery of BI roadmap initiatives, managing priorities, risks and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Analytics and Data Science on end-to-end data solutions.

• Experience working with modern data stacks (e.g. Redshift, BigQuery, Matillion).
• Growth mindset with passion for quality, scalability and continuous improvement.
