Job summary

A global professional services organisation is seeking a Benefits & Wellbeing Senior Manager to lead the strategic and operational delivery of wellbeing initiatives across Europe. In this role, you will own the benefits strategy, manage vendor relationships, and drive impactful change. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in similar roles and strong leadership and analytical skills. This position offers the opportunity to shape employee experience at an international level.

Contract: 12-month FTC

About the Role

My client is seeking a Benefits & Wellbeing Senior Manager to lead strategic and operational delivery of benefits and wellbeing initiatives across multiple European markets. This is a key role within a global professional services organisation, offering the chance to shape employee experience and drive impactful change.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting Line: Reports to Senior HR Director overseeing HR teams across multiple European locations. You will manage two direct reports.
