A leading financial technology company in London is seeking a Behavioural Scientist to conduct research and provide insights for AI-driven product improvements. This role involves qualitative and quantitative analysis, communication with stakeholders, and integration of behavioural insights into product features. Candidates should have a Master’s or PhD in a relevant field and strong communication skills. Reporting to the Head Behavioural Scientist in NTS' Research and Innovation team, you’ll play a meaningful role conducting a wide range of duties, including industry and academic literature reviews, analyses of prosecuted cases, interviews and focus groups, as well as quantitative analysis of market data and other datasets. The overarching goal is to provide actionable insights that guide the development and implementation of AI‑driven product improvements.
This position will be located in London and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in‑office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
