We are looking for a Behavioural Safety Lead. Your new role will report to the Assistant Director – Health, Safety, Environment and Sustainability within the Directorate of People, Safety and Communications working in parallel with the Operational Safety Lead. This role also works closely with all Directorates to oversee and assure the Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) of a consistent and cohesive approach to the behavioural aspect of changing safety culture within the context of the MCA Way.
