Start: January 2026
Salary: £90 - £120 per day

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one and group support to students with behavioural difficulties
  • Implement behaviour management strategies in collaboration with teachers and support staff
  • Build positive relationships with students, offering guidance, motivation, and support
  • Assist in developing and implementing personalised behaviour plans
  • Monitor and document student progress, communicating effectively with staff and parents/guardians
Qualifications
  • Previous experience supporting students with behavioural needs (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
