Behaviour Mentor - The Role

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will support pupils who require additional help with behaviour, emotional regulation, and social development across KS1 and KS2. You will work 1:1 and in small groups, implementing behaviour support plans, promoting positive choices, and helping pupils develop coping strategies. The role involves close collaboration with teaching staff, SENCOs, and pastoral teams to ensure consistent support and improved outcomes.
