🏫 About the School

A small, specialist SEMH school near Hayes is seeking a compassionate and resilient Behaviour Mentor / Pastoral and Learning Support Assistant. The school supports students aged 5-16 with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs and associated challenging behaviours. With a strong focus on therapeutic, restorative approaches, the school helps students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally, creating an environment where they can feel safe, valued, and capable of success.

This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates in Psychology, Criminology, or Sociology, or for anyone considering careers in probation, youth justice, social work, or mental health support.
