Behaviour & Learning Mentor

Full-time

A welcoming secondary school is looking for someone to work closely with pupils who need help with behaviour, confidence, and staying engaged in lessons. You’ll be part coach, part role model, part problem-solver.

Your role will include:
  • Supporting students 1:1 or in small groups
  • Helping them manage routines and stay focused
  • Working with pastoral and SEND teams
  • Celebrating the small wins that often make the biggest difference
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience with young people, either in schools or youth work
  • Someone resilient, warm, and consistent
  • A genuine belief that every pupil can make progress

In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
