A luxury skincare brand in London is seeking a Facial Treatment Specialist. This is a Full Time position, 40 hours per week, with an on-site working pattern in our dedicated tranquil treatment space at Aesop Northcote Road. The successful candidate will have full flexibility in availability and location.

Required Experience
Experience in a reputable beauty salon, facial studio or day spa
NVQ level 2, 3 in Beauty Therapy, CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC – OND or HND, VTCT, City & Guilds or equivalent qualification
Experience and confidence in achieving retail targets
An ability to present ideas and facts in a convincing manner
Meticulous attention to detail and appreciation of how our exact protocols serve to deliver a unique Aesop experience
Ability to create and maintain relationships to encourage repeat clients
