Overview

We’re looking for a Beauty Retail Merchandiser based in the Lakeside area to join a field-based retail merchandising team. You’ll help launch a new Beauty brand into a fast-paced high street store, driving sales by ensuring stands are fully stocked and ready for customers.

Role location and hours

This role will primarily be based within the RM20 postcode.

Confirmed working hours:

• Sunday: 06:00 – 10:00
• Monday: 06:00 – 10:00

There may be opportunities to work across other categories including, but not limited to, Books and Entertainment, Toys and General Merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Product Placement and Replenishment: arrange and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
• Ensure stock is out on shelves to drive sales and monitor stock levels to avoid shortages.
• Develop Health and Beauty knowledge, including brands, products and trends.
• Maintain merchandising standards: follow planograms, store policies and health and safety guidance.
• Set up promotional displays and signage to communicate prices, discounts, and offers.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly department and store managers.
• Provide accurate and timely feedback to client account teams via the feedback application.
• Manual handling as required to move and arrange products from the warehouse to the shopfloor.
• Be comfortable using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about tasks.
