About the role

We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join us as a Beauty Retail Merchandiser based in the Wood Green area. You’ll be an integral part of a field‑based retail merchandising team, helping launch a new Beauty brand into a fast‑paced high street store. Your main responsibility will be driving sales by keeping the stands completely full of stock as these brands sell fast!

Confirmed working hours

• Sunday: 06.00 – 08.00
• Thursday: 06.00 – 09.00
• Friday: 06.00 – 09.00

How you’ll deliver excellence

• Product Placement and Replenishment – Arrange and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
• Ensure as much stock as possible is out on shelves to drive sales.
• Monitor stock levels and order products to avoid shortages.
• Be an expert on Health and Beauty, including brands, products and trends.
• Adhere to merchandising standards, guidelines, store policies, procedures and health & safety guidance.
• Follow and implement planograms, where provided, to ensure consistency and compliance with merchandising standards.
• Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with in‑store colleagues, particularly department and store managers.
• Provide accurate and timely feedback to client account teams via our feedback application, acting as the eyes and ears in the stores.

• Be confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos and answer questions about your tasks.
